Supermarket Income REIT PLC has reported that on May 16, 2024, Benedict Green, a Director of Investment Adviser, together with persons closely associated, acquired a significant number of Ordinary Shares, totaling 330,179 shares at various prices, with an aggregated cost of £250,010.69. Following this transaction, Benedict Green and associates’ total holdings amount to 2,337,286 Ordinary Shares in the company. The shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange.
