Supermarket Income REIT Plc (GB:SUPR) has released an update.
Supermarket Income REIT plc has announced a quarterly dividend of 1.515 pence per share for the period ending 30 June 2024, culminating in an annual total of 6.06 pence per share in line with targets. The dividend is set to be distributed as cash on 16 August 2024, without the option for a scrip dividend alternative due to the shares trading at a discount to EPRA NTA. The Board will reconsider offering scrip dividends for future distributions.
