Following an entitlement offer, Norris has increased his shareholding by 2,409,068 ordinary shares at a cost of $26,500. The transaction, which took place on May 31, 2024, has resulted in Norris’s total shares reaching 49,107,110, maintaining his substantial investment in the company.
