Sunstone Metals Limited has reported substantial gold-copper assay results from trenching at its El Palmar Project in Ecuador, highlighting the expansion of shallow mineralisation and indicating the presence of a larger, deep-seated porphyry system. The findings reveal a 600m by 600m zone of mineralisation at the surface, suggesting promising open pit mining opportunities. These results underpin the company’s strategy to define and develop a potential long-term mining operation.
