Suncorp Director Gillian Brown Increases Holdings

Suncorp Group Limited (AU:SUN) has released an update.

Suncorp Group Limited has reported a change in the interests of director Gillian Brown, with an on-market purchase of 196 Capital Notes 5 (SUNPJ) at $101.8280 each, now holding 481 SUN shares and 196 SUNPJ indirectly through a custodian. The director’s total holdings, which previously included no direct shares and 481 indirect SUN shares, have not seen any disposals and remain unchanged in the direct category post-transaction.
