Starbox Group Holdings Ltd. has successfully completed the acquisition of Loyalty Engine Software, a shopping rebate and loyalty platform, by issuing 21.5 million ordinary shares valued at $4.3 million. This strategic move, involving a subsidiary and a Seychelles-based company, aims to enhance Starbox’s offerings in the loyalty software market. The shares were issued to non-U.S. residents, in accordance with securities regulations.
