Under the agreement, Camilla Consulting Ltd. will sell its ‘Virtual Space Immersive Advertisement System Engine’ software to iRace Technology, with the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement. The deal signifies a strategic acquisition for iRace Technology, expanding its portfolio in the technology sector.
