Stanley Electric Co., Ltd. has announced the successful purchase of 1,419,800 shares of its own common stock for a total of 3.92 billion yen, executed between August 13 and August 31, 2024. This buyback is part of a larger plan approved by the Board of Directors to acquire up to 13 million shares, reflecting 8.11% of the outstanding shares, with a budget of up to 30 billion yen by March 31, 2025.
