Stanley Electric Completes Major Stock Buyback

Stanley Electric Co (JP:6923) has released an update.

Stanley Electric Co., Ltd. has completed the purchase of 1,411,000 of its own common stock for a total cost of approximately 3.92 billion yen, within the period from September 1 to September 30, 2024. This buyback is part of a larger plan authorized by the Board of Directors, targeting the acquisition of up to 13 million shares or 8.11% of total shares, with a maximum expenditure of 30 billion yen by the end of March 2025.
