SSE plc has announced that as of July 1, 2024, its total number of voting rights stands at 1,093,466,726, which excludes the suspended voting rights of 2,774,092 treasury shares. Shareholders can use this figure as the denominator for calculations related to their shareholding notifications. The update ensures compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority’s transparency rules.
