SSE (GB:SSE) has released an update.
SSE PLC successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting on July 18, 2024, where shareholders passed all 24 resolutions, including the adoption of the annual reports, appointment of auditors, and approval of dividends. High approval rates were seen across the board, with particularly strong support for the final dividend resolution and the reappointment of Ernst & Young as auditor. The detailed results of the AGM votes are now available for public inspection on the National Storage Mechanism.
