SSE plc has announced its latest share capital and voting rights status as of August 1, 2024, reporting an issued share capital of 1,096,240,818 ordinary shares, which includes 2,763,598 treasury shares with suspended voting rights. Consequently, the total number of voting rights amounts to 1,093,477,220. Shareholders can use this figure as a reference for disclosing changes in their stake in the company.
