SSE Director John Bason to Chair Bloomsbury

SSE PLC announced that their Non-Executive Director, John Bason, is set to become the Chair of Bloomsbury Publishing on July 16, 2024. Bason is currently a Non-Executive Director at Bloomsbury, and this move is in line with corporate governance requirements.
