Global Petroleum (GB:GBP) has released an update.
Global Petroleum PLC has reported a significant change in shareholding by Spreadex LTD, with a combined total of 14.19% in voting rights as of August 27, 2024. This change is primarily due to an increase in financial instruments held by Spreadex, which now account for roughly 11% of voting rights in addition to their direct shareholding. The notification of this threshold crossing, which signifies Spreadex’s growing influence in Global Petroleum, was completed on August 28, 2024.
