SpotLite360 IOT Solutions Inc. has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022, due to a change in service providers which has affected their audit process. The company obtained a management cease trade order and is working to complete the audit, expecting to file the required documents by June 28, 2024. In the meantime, SpotLite360 will issue bi-weekly updates and maintain compliance with alternative information guidelines.
