SpotLite360 IOT Solutions Inc., a burgeoning player in supply chain technology, has reported a delay in its annual financial filings due to reasons mentioned in a prior release. A management cease trade order has been in effect since May 1, 2024, but the company assures investors that trading of its common shares will remain open to the public. SpotLite360 has committed to providing bi-weekly updates until the issue is resolved and anticipates the next update around June 28, 2024.
