SPoT Coffee’s Cease Trade Order Request Denied

Spot Coffee (Canada) (TSE:SPP) has released an update.

SPoT Coffee (Canada) Ltd. faces a setback as the Ontario Securities Commission rejects its request for a Management Cease Trade Order due to the late filing of its 2023 annual financial statements. The company, known for its community cafés and micro-roasted coffee, may face a cease trade order if the filings are not completed by the April 29 deadline. SPoT Coffee is working with auditors to finalize the filings by June 29, 2024, at the latest.
