SPoT Coffee (Canada) Ltd. has been hit with a cease trade order by the Ontario Securities Commission owing to the delayed filing of their audited annual financial statements and other required documents for the year ended December 31, 2023. The company attributes the holdup to financial difficulties and the late appointment of auditors but is working to resolve the issue promptly. Until the filings are completed, trading of SPoT Coffee’s securities will be halted, with the company aiming to file within 90 days to have the cease trade order revoked.
