Spirit Technology Solutions Ltd. (AU:ST1) has released an update.

Spirit Technology Solutions Ltd has announced a significant change in the interests of Director Shan Shamsher Kanji, with the acquisition of 115,667,379 fully paid ordinary shares at 5.3 cents per share. This transaction, part of a pro-rata accelerated non-renounceable Entitlement Offer, increased Kanji’s indirect holdings to 574,955,706 shares through 263 Finance Pty. Limited and maintained 6,149,608 shares held by Blackanco Nominees Pty Ltd.
