Spetalen Increases Stake in Saga Pure ASA

Saga Pure ASA (DE:SAT) has released an update.

Board member and primary insider Øystein Stray Spetalen, through Tycoon Industrier AS, acquired 1,517,413 shares of Saga Pure ASA at a price of NOK 1.25 each. This transaction increased Spetalen’s and his associated companies’ total holdings in Saga Pure ASA to 202,909,212 shares. The purchase took place on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
