Tycoon Industrier Ups Stake in Saga Pure ASA

Saga Pure ASA (DE:SAT) has released an update.

Tycoon Industrier AS, associated with board members Øystein Stray Spetalen and Martin Nes, has acquired 2.5 million shares in Saga Pure ASA at a price of NOK 1.274 per share. Following this transaction, Tycoon Industrier AS’s total holding in the company has increased to 45,083,181 shares. The purchase occurred on the Oslo Stock Exchange on September 27, 2024.
