Spectris (GB:SXS) has released an update.
Spectris plc has announced that its Share Incentive Plan (SIP) has resulted in the acquisition of Partnership Shares and the awarding of Matching Shares to key managerial personnel on 5 July 2024. A total of 11 Partnership Shares were bought at a price of 2,856.67 pence each, and the company awarded 2 Matching Shares for no additional cost, following the SIP’s structure that grants one Matching Share for every five Partnership Shares bought by an employee. The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange.
