Sondrel (Holdings) plc, a prominent chip provider, has announced a delay in its 2023 Annual Report publication due to additional time required for audit completion, following a recent £5.6 million funding round. As a consequence, the company’s shares will be suspended on the AIM market starting from 1 July 2024, with resumption anticipated once the report is published in July 2024. The company ensures it will keep making necessary announcements in accordance with AIM Rules during the suspension period.
