Sondrel (Holdings) plc, a major player in the ultra-complex chip industry, has announced its intention to delist from AIM and re-register as a private limited company; a move unanimously supported by its directors, who believe it will reduce costs and increase flexibility. Shareholders are invited to a General Meeting to vote on this decision. The company has also arranged a Matched Bargain Facility through JP Jenkins to facilitate share trading post-cancellation.
