Network International Holdings PLC has reported that Societe Generale has increased its stake in the company, with the acquisition crossing the notification threshold on June 21, 2024. The total voting rights now held by Societe Generale amount to 7.5784%, up from the previous notification of 6.7156%. This significant transaction was officially notified to the issuer on June 24, 2024.
