Network International Holdings PLC is set to be acquired by BCP VI Neptune Bidco Holdings Limited, an entity linked to Brookfield Business Partners, following the satisfaction of regulatory conditions. The acquisition, structured as a scheme of arrangement, is awaiting the final court sanction hearing scheduled for September 13, 2024, and is expected to conclude by September 17, 2024. Shareholders have until September 12 to make elections for the alternative offer detailed in the Scheme Document.
