Shinhan Financial Group Co (SHG) has released an update.
Shinhan Financial Group Co. has announced the removal of ‘Shinhan AI,’ a subsidiary specializing in investment advisory, from its group of subsidiaries due to the entity’s business liquidation. This reduction changes the total count of Shinhan Financial Group’s subsidiaries from 16 to 15. The financial figures for Shinhan AI indicated total assets of 35,674 million KRW and shareholder’s equity of 34,734 million KRW for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.
