Shell plc has announced the buy-back of 806,010 shares on the London Stock Exchange and 783,555 shares on Euronext Amsterdam as part of its ongoing share repurchase program. The transactions were executed on August 13, 2024, within the pre-set parameters of the program, under the independent trading decisions of Citigroup Global Markets Limited. This move is in line with the company’s previous announcement on August 1, 2024, and adheres to both EU and UK market regulations.
