Serco Group plc (GB:SRP) has released an update.
Serco Group plc acquired 393,296 of its own shares on July 25, 2024, as part of an ongoing share buyback program initiated on February 29, 2024, bringing the total purchased to 35,948,541 shares. The company plans to retain all newly purchased shares in treasury, and after the transaction, the total number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) stands at 1,067,597,425 with the same number of voting rights.
