Serco Group plc (GB:SRP) has released an update.
Serco Group plc has announced the purchase of 200,000 of its own ordinary shares as part of its share buyback programme initiated on 29 February 2024. With this latest transaction, Serco has acquired a total of 35,255,245 shares, holding 11,998,039 of them in treasury. The remaining shares in issue total 1,068,290,721, establishing the current voting rights figure for shareholders.
