SEATech Ventures Corp (SEAV) has shared an announcement.
SEATech Ventures Corp. has decided to cancel its previously agreed acquisition of Just Supply Chain Limited (JSCL) due to unresolved issues. The deal, initially signed in July 2023, involved SEATech acquiring a 100% equity stake in JSCL in exchange for issuing over 21 million of its restricted common shares at $0.80 each. However, a board decision led to the termination of the agreement, with shares and assets returning to their original owners.
