Saunders Intl Director Exercises Options, Sells Shares

Saunders International Limited (AU:SND) has released an update.

Saunders International Limited has announced that its director, Mark Benson, has exercised 100,000 share options at $0.38 each, funded by the on-market sale of 41,758 shares at $0.91. Post-transaction, Benson’s indirect holdings include over 3.35 million shares, 315,000 shares in a super fund, remaining performance rights, and a reduced number of share options. The director’s ability to sell shares is subject to board approval.
