Santech Holdings Unveils Corporate Rebranding and Strategy Shift

Hywin Holdings (HYW) has released an update.

Santech Holdings Limited, previously known as Hywin Holdings Ltd., has officially changed its name following a shareholder vote, and revised its memorandum and articles of association. The company, focusing on consumer technology in China, has moved away from its historical financial services and health management businesses to explore new technological ventures, including retail and the metaverse. Accompanying the rebranding, Santech has also updated its NASDAQ ticker symbol from ‘HYW’ to ‘STEC’.
