Hywin Holdings Ltd. has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for July 17, 2024, to discuss a proposed name change to ‘Santech Holdings Limited’ and to adopt related amendments to the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association. Shareholders as of June 20, 2024, are eligible to vote and are urged to submit their proxy or voting instructions promptly in advance of the meeting.
