Banco Santander Brasil (BSBR) has released an update.
Banco Santander Brasil announces the Board of Directors’ approval for the distribution of Interest on Equity totaling R$1.5 billion, corresponding to specific per share and per unit amounts before and after tax deductions. Shareholders on record by July 19, 2024, will be entitled to the payment, which will be executed on August 9, 2024, and considered within the mandatory dividends for 2024. The company’s shares will be traded ex-interest starting July 22, 2024.
