Banco Santander Brasil Declares Equity Interest Payout

Banco Santander Brasil (BSBR) has released an update.

Banco Santander Brasil announces the approval by its Board of Directors of a distribution of Interest on Equity totaling R$1.5 billion, set to be paid from August 9, 2024. Shareholders on the books by July 19, 2024, will be eligible for the payment, which will be considered within the mandatory dividends for the fiscal year. ADR holders will receive payment through The Bank of New York Mellon, in accordance with NYSE regulations.
