Banco Santander Brasil SA (BSBR) has released an update.
Banco Santander Brasil SA has announced the approval by its Board of Directors to distribute Interest on Equity totaling R$ 1.5 billion, netting R$ 1.275 billion after taxes. Shareholders on record as of April 19, 2024, will be eligible for the payment, which will be credited on May 15, 2024, and will count towards the mandatory dividends for the year. The decision is pending ratification at the next Ordinary General Meeting in 2025.
