Banco Santander Brasil has officially announced the departure of Mr. Roberto Alexandre Borges Fischetti from his role as Officer without specific designation. In a unanimous decision, the Board of Directors approved his exoneration during a conference call meeting on June 28, 2024. The meeting was efficiently concluded with all due formalities, including electronic signatures from the Board members.
