Ryanair Holdings PLC has reported a significant change in shareholding structure, with HSBC Holdings PLC now owning a total of 11.178% of the company’s voting rights. This change occurred on July 18, 2024, and Ryanair was officially notified on July 22, 2024. HSBC’s stake in Ryanair includes 11.031% of voting rights through shares and 0.146% through financial instruments such as equity swaps.
