Rumble Resources Announces Director’s Share Update

Rumble Resources Limited (AU:RTR) has released an update.

Rumble Resources Limited has reported a change in Director Mr. Peter Venn’s interests, with an off-market transfer of 1,100,000 RTR ordinary shares to the Venn Family Trust, of which Mr. Venn is a beneficiary. The shares were transferred at a valuation of $38,500. Following the change, the trust now holds a total of 2,000,000 RTR ordinary shares and 2,250,000 unlisted options.
