RUA GOLD Corporation has appointed Tyron Breytenbach, a seasoned expert with a background in capital markets and geology, as an independent director and chair of various committees. The company’s annual general meeting saw unanimous shareholder support for all board nominees and resolutions, including the election of directors and the continuation of the stock option plan. Breytenbach’s experience in mining and finance is expected to bolster the company’s growth, especially in New Zealand where he has specific geological expertise.
