Rua Gold (TSE:RUA) has released an update.
Rua Gold has received approval from Siren Gold shareholders to acquire Reefton Resources, aiming to expand its exploration opportunities in New Zealand’s Reefton Goldfield. This acquisition increases Rua Gold’s land holdings significantly and aligns with their strategy to become a major gold producer. The transaction is set to close in November 2024, pending standard regulatory approvals.
