On February 1, 2024, Rocket Companies, Inc. expanded its Board of Directors to nine and appointed Alastair Rampell as a Class II director until the 2025 annual stockholders meeting. Rampell, a General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz since 2015, brings extensive experience from serving on several boards and co-founding companies like Affirm and TrialPay. The Board has confirmed Rampell’s independence in line with SEC and NYSE regulations. He will receive a prorated annual cash retainer and an initial stock grant, with subsequent annual equity grants, under the terms of the Company’s incentive plans and director agreements.
