Robinhood Markets Enhances Board with New Director Appointment

Robinhood Markets (HOOD) has provided an update.

Robinhood Markets, Inc. has bolstered its board with the appointment of Susan Segal, an independent director who will begin her term on March 21, 2024. Segal’s expertise will be channeled into the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Safety, Risk, and Regulatory Committee. With her addition, the Board expands from eight to nine directors. Her appointment is part of a transparent communication strategy by Robinhood, which emphasizes the use of its Investor Relations website and Newsroom for sharing vital information with investors and complying with SEC’s Regulation Fair Disclosure.
