BofA raised the firm’s price target on Cboe Global Markets (CBOE) to $251 from $245 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. Robinhood (HOOD) completed the rollout of CBOE’s index options suite across both its mobile app and Legends desktop trading platform, but there was no indication on the call that volumes will be material over the near-term, the analyst tells investors. Cboe plans to sustain elevated spending on marketing and investor education in 2025 to boost penetration, notes the analyst, who thinks penetration will take more time than initially expected.
