Riverstone Energy Limited has recently made a significant stock transaction by purchasing 75,000 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 600.00 each on the London Stock Exchange. The company, which invests in a diverse energy portfolio including decarbonisation and renewable energy projects, has announced the cancellation of the acquired shares, reducing the total shares in issue to 27,048,170. Additionally, REL has informed its shareholders of the rebranding of its investment Crescent Point Energy Corp to Veren Inc., now trading with the ticker symbol ‘VRN’.
