The transaction, executed through Numis Securities Limited, reflects the company’s active investment strategy in the energy sector across various regions and types of energy. REL also highlighted the rebranding of its investment Crescent Point Energy Corp. to Veren Inc., now trading under the ticker ‘VRN’.
