Jack Boyer OBE is set to depart from his role as a Non-Executive Director at Ricardo PLC by the end of July 2024 after nearly five years, prompting the company to seek his successor. Ricardo’s Chairman, Mark Clare, has expressed gratitude for Boyer’s contributions, especially his expertise in green technologies and digital space. Boyer leaves to pursue other interests, leaving a legacy of valued service.
