Reward Minerals Director Increases Shareholdings

Reward Minerals Limited (AU:RWD) has released an update.

In a recent update, Reward Minerals Ltd has disclosed a change in Director Michael Ruane’s interest in the company. Ruane acquired an additional 40,000 fully paid ordinary shares for personal use at a cost of $1,600, which brings his total holdings to 94,302,195 shares and 6,250,000 listed options. The transaction, classified as an on-market trade, did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
