RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has announced the acquisition of 75,000 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging between 3535 pence and 3562 pence per share, to be held as treasury shares. This recent purchase increases their treasury holdings to 45,376,212 shares, while the total number of shares in issue, excluding those in treasury, stands at 1,863,878,914. Since the start of the year, the company has bought back 25,664,019 ordinary shares.
